Here, at Heal to Grow Therapy, I hope to help you explore the answers to these questions.


I offer short-term and long-term counselling for young people (11-18) and adults (18+) with a wide range of issues related to mental health.

 I understand that life can be challenging at times and it can be helpful to talk to someone outside of your family and friends, to have that time just for YOU. It can feel daunting to take the first step towards change, however I trust that if you are reading this, you already recognise you'd like some support.

 Healing takes place when you begin to explore and make sense of your experiences, thoughts & feelings. To accept support in a safe space is key in bringing about growth and change. I work at your pace to listen to your inner world, to guide you, to understand you and then help you to understand whatever may be going on for you.

Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck and the difficulties we encounter can leave us feeling hopeless. In contrast,  pain can be the greatest catalyst for personal growth. Counselling can provide you with the space and clarity you need to make sense of yourself, your experiences and the world around you.
